I am glad that I own a Belkin car charger for my iPhone. I discovered this today when my phone battery died at the office. Belkin’s charger has the standard cigarette lighter plug, but that plug has a removable USB cable that lets me charge my phone either in the car or in the office. And today, this small innovation was very convenient.
Perhaps this can help us understand the difference between mediocrity and excellence. A mediocre business solves a single problem adequately; an excellent one looks at a problem from all sides and offers a comprehensive solution.
